For fast gluing of wood, metals, insulation and other materials. Adhesive is suitable for gluing elements, which are exposed to inside, outside or sea climate conditions.

Characteristics of the joint:
Gluing joint is strong, water and temperature resistant in an interval from -40°C to +90°C. It meets the requirements according to EN 204 D4.

Fields of application:

• For surface and assembly gluing and lamination of all types of wood.
• For production and reparation of windows, outside doors, ship equipment as well as internal furniture exposed to high relative air humidity or condensed vapour.
• In production of insulation sandwich panels for gluing mineral wool, Styropor, foam, etc. to wooden, metal and other plates.
• For gluing of metal, ceramics and other materials.

Benefits from using adhesive:

• Solvent-free adhesive with neutral odour.
• Fast curing in reaction with water. Sufficient strength is achieved after 20 minutes of pressing.
• When applied in large quantities and sprayed with water adhesive foams, penetrates and hardens porous materials and fills cracks and unlevelled surfaces.
• Minimal spreading quantities without water spraying allow gluing of visible joints and lacquered surfaces.
• Practical plastic bottle allows easy and precise dosing of adhesive even when used in small amounts.

Application:
Adhesive should be applied one-sided to a clean surface and sprayed with water. Gluing elements should be pressed for at least 20 minutes. Open and pressing time can be shortened by higher temperatures and water spraying or prolonged by lower temperatures with no water added. Further processing is possible after 24 hours.
