Notice concerning the Amendment of the Company’s legal form from shareholder\u2019s company\u00a0\u00bbd.d.\u00ab to limited liability company \u00bbd.o.o.\u00ab<\/em>\u00a0and the request to use our new legal form in our business correspondence\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dear Business Partner,<\/p>\n

We inform you that at MITOL’s recent stockholders\u2019 meeting, our benefit owner has made the decision to change MITOL d.d., Se\u017eana company’s legal form from\u00a0shareholders company (d.d.)<\/em>\u00a0to\u00a0limited liability company (d.o.o.)<\/em>, which was amended in the Court Register on 22.12.2017.<\/p>\n

In this regard, we would like to emphasize that this amendment is without any consequences whatsoever to our business operations or to you as our business partner.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We kindly request to use the new legal form from this day on in your delivery notes, invoices, all other business documents and all other correspondence as follows:\u00a0
