MITOL undertakes to protect the personal data transmitted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. Scope and purpose of collecting personal data
MITOL will process and store your personal data (name, surname, phone number and e-mail address) in order to achieve the purpose for which you have provided them to us, i.e. to provide answers to your questions that you have sent us through the form on the website and for periodic sending of newsletters or informing about the offer and novelties in the sales program.
The basis for the collection of personal data is your consent given on the form on our website, where you enter the data that is necessary for communication.
When processing your personal data, we will strictly observe the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Ensuring individual rights

Retention of personal data
We will store your personal data only for the time required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or in accordance with the statutory deadlines. We retain such personal information obtained on the basis of your consent until your cancellation.
